Logan, in a way, still has the personality of a child. One moment, he can be generous and affectionate, the other cold and outright cruel. His actions are guided solely by his fickle moods and temptations which he never learned to limit properly. What he did learn, however, was to mask over them with a charming smile and chivalrous attitude and use those to manipulate others and gain personal profit.

His strongest points certainly are his radiant charisma and a certain stage talent, granting him the ability to feign sincere affection and concern where there really is none. His overblown ego is perpetually followed by a stark want to prove himself, often in risky and dangerous situations. If challenged to a bet or competition, he will never say no, no matter how dumb and dangerous the idea might be.

• Background:
Logan spend his childhood in Ireland, living in an ancient manor standing on a cliff by the shore, disguised to look like a castle ruin to the muggle eye. His mother came from an old and renown pure-blood clan, his father from a less history-charged, but quite wealthy wand maker family from mainland Europe. Since he was small, Logan exhibited a particular talent in Quidditch and flying, which he could – thanks to the secluded location of his home – practice even before receiving his admission letter at 11 years of age and would later on make him a successful Chaser on his house’s team for many years.

Upon entering Hogwarts, he naturally got sorted into Slytherin – a tradition reaching far back in his mother’s family line – and thus lived up to his name. In school, he achieved very mixed grades: Subjects he personally found interesting, such as Flying, Transfiguration and DADA , were treated with uttermost attention and dedication – the others he neglected completely and usually slept through the lessons. Realizing soon that a minimum of contribution was called for, he started bullying younger and weaker students into doing his homework for him or helping him cheat at tests, which – thanks to a mistakenly flawless reputation among students and teachers alike - never got noticed. This habit ended however, as his younger brother Lir entered Hogwarts four years later and against all expectations got sorted into Ravenclaw, quickly becoming the subject of mockery himself. Although the brothers had never gotten along well at home thanks to their contradicting personalities, Logan immediately grew protective of Lir in Hogwarts, taking insults against him personally and as an offense against their very name. (e.g. he bullied the bullies right back)

In the summer before he started his 6th year at Hogwarts, he was seen playing Quidditch by a talent scout who offered him a possible position on the national team – a dream coming true for Logan. Although he would have immediately accepted the offer and ditched school for good, he agreed on finishing his education under the pressure of his mother.
